Deleting user groups in QuickCall 4 does not delete the users in the group, nor does it affect any linked Active Directory groups.
To delete user groups in QuickCall 4 start by loading the QuickCall 4 Manager.
Step 1Login to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the settings icon, and then the Groups tab. |

Step 2Select the group you wish to delete, in this example "Behaviour Support"

Step 3Click Delete on the right hand menu. The group is now deleted. |
