When using fixed workstations, latops that are based in one room or when workstations need identification, computers can be given a friendly name which is used when a request is raised.


Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Devices icon.

When a QuickCall 4 client starts it automatically appears in the Devices list,

Step 2

The location that appears on the request pop-up can be changed by selecting the relevent device from the devices list and clicking on the edit button at the right of the page

Enter the location and click Save and Close
