Sponne School
QuickCall has been an invaluable tool for Sponne School, giving staff the security of being able to communicate in the knowledge that there will be a rapid response.
It has been particularly useful during the pandemic with the need to operate within bubbles, and so reduced the movement of staff and students conveying messages around school.
We have been able to customise the set up so that staff can request senior leadership assistance, welfare support, first aid, report missing students, and request urgent cover.
The most recent development allowing customised messages to individual staff has enhanced the product significantly so we can chase missing registers or send specific alerts to staff.
Before we had QuickCall we were dependent on email communications which could sit unread for several hours, or a member of staff or student running the message to specified staff - QuickCall bypasses emails and ensures rapid delivery of messages.

QuickCall is great value for money. You simply pay an annual licence fee and we provide you with the most up to date version of the software. For schools and small businesses QuickCall is sold as a per site license. If you have multiple sites or more than 250 employees please get intouch with us so we can find the best solution to fit your needs. For schools and companies with 250 or fewer employees QuickCall is only £995 per year. |
