What is GreenGate Software's refund policy?
GreenGate Software makes its software available for testing and evaluation prior to purchase. Payment is not required until the software is operational and running on your network/computers. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, GreenGate Software will refund the full value of the purchase less administrative fees such as bank fees and credit-card processing fees subject to the following conditions:
- Refund request should be made within 60 days of order.
- The GreenGate Support Team has had the opportunity to resolve any related technical difficulties (if applicable).
- The request must be in writing (email is fine) and should include a short description of the reason for cancellation and confirmation that the license supplied will be destroyed and the software uninstalled.
Please note that if you had purchased our software through one of our Reseller Partners, they may charge a refund fee to cover administrative costs also.
GreenGate Software is very proud of the support and quality of their software. Most importantly though, we believe in putting the customer first and will make right any reasonable requests.
