Often it is helpful to associate a sound with a request. This ensures requests aren't missed because staff are not focused on the screen.

It also helps to quickly identify the type of request being sent.

 

Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to add a sound to and click on the edit icon

Step 3

Under the General tab

Click on the folder icon in the Button Sound box

Step 4

Locate the sound file you want to attach to the request and click Open

Sound files must be in WAV format, to be effective they should typically be 3 seconds or less.

Step 5

To check the sound file press the Test button.

Once you are happy with the sound click Save and Close
