By default buttons are all enabled, if you want to disable an individual button so it doesn't appear on staff consoles


Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to enable or disable and click on the edit icon

Step 3

To enable the button check the Button Enabled checkbox at the top right of the screen.

To disable the button uncheck the box

Click Save and Close
