QuickCall 4 gives you the option of selecting how the request is sent.

For example to avoid staff accidentally triggering site wide lockdown the button can be set to respond to a double right-click of the mouse rather than the normal single left click which may be pressed by mistake.

By default all buttons are set to respond to a single left click of the mouse unless otherwise specified.

 

Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to amend and click on the edit icon

Step 3

Click on the Advanced tab

Step 4

Use the Mouse Action drop down to select the required trigger.

Click Save and Close
