By hiding the Respond button you are able to create requests that cannot be cancelled by the end user.

If you disable the Respond button the only way to close a request is to either use an automatic timeout or to close the response in the admin console.

 

Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to modify and click on the edit icon

Step 3

Click on the Advanced tab

Step 4

Uncheck the Show respond button checkbox to hide the Respond button.

By default the Respond button is shown

Click Save and Close
