QuickCall 4 can prompt the responder for a comment which is relayed to the sender. This can be helpful if additional information may be needed by the sender, for example during a medical request a responder could offer advice on treatment to prevent the situation escalating before help arrives.


Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to modify and click on the edit icon

Click on the Advanced tab

Check the Prompt receiver for comment box

Click Save and Close
