If you need to transfer users and group memberships quickly between QuickCall 4's scheduled synchronisation periods, or if you have chosen to display auto-sync, a manual update can be carried out as follows:



Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the settings icon, and then the Active Directory Settings tab.

 Step 2

Click on the Sync with AD button on the right of the screen

Step 3

The update may take some time during which QuickCall 4 will seem unresponsive.

Once complete click OK
