It is advised that a secure password is set to prevent unwanted access to the management console. The password is common to all users and if forgotten cannot be recovered without contacting GreenGate Software technical support for a reset patch.

 

 

Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Settings icon.

Click on the Advanced tab

Under Manage Password, enter a password and retype the password to confirm

Click Save and Close
