Please review the articles on creating groups and linking groups in Microsoft Active Directory for assistance setting up groups in QuickCall 4.

 

Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to amend and click on the edit icon

Step 3

Click on the Senders tab

Step 4

Click on Add Group button

Step 5

In the search box start entering the name of the group.

When the group appears in the results list select it and click Add

Step 6

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add more groups. 

When all groups have been added click Save and Close
