Scenario Two – Company Reception

Safeguarding staff and peace of mind.

The small company has a receptionist who deals with members of the public, the office staff are in separate areas of the building. They need a way for the receptionist to signal the need for support in case of an emergency. As this company only has a small number of staff all the staff are available to support if needed.

In this instance only one button needs to be configured. This is added to the QuickCall panel of any member of staff who is required to cover reception duties. When this is pressed it alerts all staff that there is an issue, the alert is acknowledged by a member of staff and the response will appear on the receptionist’s computer to inform them that assistance is on its way.
